Forest Hill Manor, the first not-for-profit retirement
community on the Monterey Peninsula, celebrated
its 50th anniversary in 2004 by announcing an
expansion of the community and a new Continuing
Care Program. The first eight cottage apartments
in the Expansion were completed on schedule to rave reviews and now residents are moving in.
The four-story South Wing, housing twenty-four
apartments, a new assisted living wing and a
state-of-the-art skilled nursing center, is well
under construction with completion anticipated
