Forest Hill Manor is a place where residents feel

living or skilled nursing care is guaranteed.
Forest Hill Manor is open to people 62 years of
age and older with no upper age limit. It is a dynamic community that encourages
residents to continue their busy lives without the stress of maintaining a house-
hold. Here at last, there’s time to volunteer, take up a new hobby or enjoy an old
pastime. At Forest Hill Manor, there’s time to engage in any activity that brings
special pleasure (even small pets are welcome).
Currently, one may choose from existing
apartments in the main Manor building or the
West Wing or one may reserve a cottage or
apartment in the Expansion. Call a Residency
Counselor to find out what is currently available.
Forest Hill Manor offers the smartest value in
retirement living and is the only community on
the Peninsula to provide a choice in entrance
fees:the Classic Amortized Plan or the 90%
Deferred RepaymentProgram whereby you or your estate will receive a refund of
90% of the entrance fee.
As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Forest Hill Manor provides
access to a continuum of care as health needs change over time. Assisted living
and skilled nursing services will be available on-site upon completion of construction
in 2008. While the new assisted living wing and skilled nursing center are under
construction, access to these services is provided nearby.
As a special benefit under the Continuing Care Agreement, residents will
receive ten days free annually in the Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing Center.
